Raychul Moore is a well-known and frequent face in the cosplay and gaming communities.  Typically an attendee of major conventions, Raychul comes to PopCon as a special guest for her talent as a cosplayer and her excellent ability to self-market, self-promote, and self-publish.

Raychul has found success online with frequent Live events and a YouTube channel with over 50,000 subscribers.  She will be participating in cosplay events, panels, and workshops over the weekend and looks forward to engaging with the PopCon community and her fans.
