Not a dream! Not a hoax! Not an imaginary story! Parents and teachers who want to bring heroic excitement into their child’s learning should join Jim McClain (Solution Squad, Reading With Pictures) and Bruce Nelson (My Geek Odyssey), veteran teachers and comic creators to learn the educational value of comics in the classroom. Students of all ages can benefit from a healthy dose of comic books and graphic novels. We’ll be sharing ideas, resources, and activities including some great comics that should be in every classroom.
