Open data is changing the way governments and citizens interface around the world. From municipalities tracking potholes to NASA observing asteroids, governments are making data public and consumable at an unprecedented rate. As a result, tech innovators have the opportunity to seek out commercial applications while providing solutions to their communities with the potential to save lives and resources.
